All orders with free shipping are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post + Signature unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING
All shipments within Australia are sent on a next day service and if you leave a mobile number when placing your order you will receive a text and email letting you knowyour items have been dispatched as well as tracking details.

Depending on your location within Australia allow up to 2-9 days for your order to be delivered.

We stock 95% of the products advertised on our website, which means that we can dispatch the goods as soon as the payment is received. However if the item is not in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of any possible delays.

Customers are more than welcome to contact us to confirm stock availability prior to placing an order as well.

TRACKING
All our shipments can be tracked. We use a range of courier companies including DHL, Startrack, TNT and Australia Post to deliver your order to your door as quickly and safely as possible.

We can never guarantee delivery though, as couriers occasionally misroute parcels, items may be out of stock or we may be exceptionally busy. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Next working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

DANGEROUS GOODS
All Dangerous Goods including Handheld Cannons, Electric Cannons, SFX Fluids are sent via Road Freight depending which class determines what courier we will utilize to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We only dispatch Dangerous Goods within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our store doesn't have every single locations around the world listed as shipping options so please get in touch if you would like a quote for your international order.

RETURNED GOODS

Please note we do not accept returns of unwanted confetti cannons as we cannot resell them.

All returned Goods are subject to a 20% Restocking Charge.

The delivery / shipping charges are not refundable.

Any returned unwanted items must return unopened seals in tact and undamaged.

FAULTY MERCHANDISE

We hope all of our customers are 100% happy with our products, however, should an item be faulty or unsatisfactory upon receipt please return it to us in its original, unused and unmodified condition, with the completed returns form, and we will promptly and courteously exchange it or refund you, in the same form as your original payment.

For your protection, please obtain the necessary insurance & proof of posting/return when you return items to us as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

The delivery / shipping charges are not refundable.

Return costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty. 

All non-sale returns must be made within 30 days.

Sale returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
